The Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course, commonly known as the "Property Agent Course," is a mandatory preparatory program for aspiring real estate agents in Singapore. Under the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), passing the RES Examination is a key requirement for registration, unless the applicant holds an equivalent qualification.
